2020 Festival Ticket Refund Information

In consideration of the developing situation with COVID-19, it is with great regret that the organisers of Alderney Literary Festival have taken the decision to cancel this year's Literary Festival.

This decision has not been taken lightly and has taken into account current advice from Government sources concerning travel, our island demographics, and the progression of this disease.

For ticket refunds, see information below.

Air and accommodation cancellations should be made directly with the providers.

The Alderney Literary Trust apologises for the inconvenience this will cause.

2020 Rover Tickets:

Rover Ticket holders have the options of transferring their Tickets to a 2021 Alderney Literary Festival Rover Ticket or obtaining a full refund. Refunds are only available via Paypal refund (if bought online) or cheque (if paid for by cheque or bank transfer) made out to the original Ticket purchaser.

Individual Talk Tickets:

Tickets for individual talks will be refunded in full. Payments via Paypal will receive a Paypal refund. Payments made by cheque or bank transfer will receive a cheque refund. Tickets bought from the Alderney Visitors Centre will receive a cash refund.

What to do:

For Rover Tickets bought online or paid for by bank transfer or cheque, please email info@alderneyliterarytrust.com stating your preferred option (refund or roll over to the 2021 Festival - 19-21 March 2021).

For individual talk tickets  bought using Paypal, you will receive a Paypal refund. If you paid by cheque or bank transfer, please email info@alderneyliterarytrust.com for a refund.

For tickets bought at Alderney Visitors Centre and paid for in cash, please email info@alderneyliterarytrust.com for a cheque or cash refund.
